XL413

XL413 is a small molecule inhibitor of the serine/threonine kinase Cdc7. Cdc7 is a serine/threonine kinase which plays an important role in both initiation and maintaining integrity of DNA replication1. Preclinical studies have validated the role of Cdc7 as an important component of DNA replication.  Increased expression of CDC7 protein was observed in tumor cell lines and tumor tissue samples2.
