Employee giving & volunteering

To build on our longstanding value of giving back to our local communities, we offer two meaningful programs to our employees – the Exelixis Employee Giving and Volunteer Programs – that provide opportunities for our team to make a purposeful impact in communities where they live and work.

Employee Giving Program

The Employee Giving Program doubles the impact of employee donations to philanthropic and community organizations that are important to them. Our employees support hundreds of different organizations each year – with focus areas ranging across a broad spectrum of causes.

Employee Volunteer Program

Our Employee Volunteer Program is a way for employees to give back to community causes and organizations. We offer employees dedicated volunteer time off to support nonprofit organizations and programs in their local community. We are proud of our employees’ dedication to unite as a team to donate and volunteer thousands of hours each year to causes close to their hearts.

As a clinical pharmacologist, I have been able to extend my impact beyond work by offering my time and resources to local organizations in the Bay Area that share my passion for promoting the arts and music.
